By purchasing a ticket to the Toowoomba Business Accelerator (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Sales & Pricing

All prices are in AUD and include GST (if applicable).

Early Bird pricing is available until 2/09/2025. After this date, Standard or At the Door rates will apply.

Tickets are transferable to another person if you cannot attend. Please notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the Event with the new attendee’s name and email.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person as per the process above.

If the Event is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued. If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.

3. Event Delivery

Your ticket includes access to all speaker sessions, networking opportunities, and light refreshments.

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the speaker lineup, schedule, or venue if necessary.

4. Liability

Travel, accommodation, and any other expenses related to attending the Event are your responsibility.

The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the Event.

5. Photography & Recording

The Event may be photographed or recorded for promotional and educational purposes. By attending, you consent to your image or voice being captured and used in future marketing.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the organisers before the Event.

6. Behaviour

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the Event without a refund if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or impacts the experience of others.
